School of Strategic Missions (SOSM)

This September:

Joey and I will be taking the SOSM, a full time course to help us develop strategies, perspective and a deeper understanding on how our family can reach the nations. We will spend 12 weeks in lecture then return to Central Asia early in 2016. This training is so important in preparing our family for effective ministry in the 10/40 window and how to develop our personal ideas and outreach style.  We believe this is a crucial step for God to help us be most effective in our return to the nations. The lecture phase of SOSM is going to cost $4,000.

With a little over a month, please consider partnering with our family to help with the expense of SOSM by giving a one time gift or joining our monthly support team (please see donation information below).

Our plan is to travel to Central Asia in early spring 2016 to work with the same organization we were involved with last year. We are looking forward to being a part of the community development programs as well as women’s health and childbirth education. We are continuing to seek God for his purpose of us being in the country and know that through the lecture phase of SOSM more things will become clear.

After spending three months in Central Asia, we are hoping to travel to a few neighboring countries to visit other families that currently live over seas. Joey and I are excited to experience some different cultures and ministries and also to provide comfort and care to our front liners!

With all that God is doing we know that it is YOU the church, the body, our friends, our family that are a huge part of who God is using to reach the nations. Please know that your involvement is crucial and valued. We appreciate, love and pray for you all!

Lots of Love,
Joey, Laurel, Isaiah, Kyla, Makenna and Noah
